The ambitious plan involves a ₹40 crore investment over the next five years, aimed at launching this next-generation AI agent into the global market.
The new venture, spearheaded by his firm F2C Softwares, which is registered under the Kerala Startup Mission’s Kannur Malabar Innovation Center, represents the culmination of two years of comprehensive research and study. Bachi AI is conceived as an advanced AI Agent designed to automate the majority of repetitive and routine computer tasks within an organization in an instant. By taking over these mechanical functions, the platform aims to free up employees to focus on more creative, decision-critical, and human-capital-intensive roles, thereby drastically improving a company’s overall efficiency.
A Journey Forged in Curiosity and Grit
Saja Bachi’s path to founding an international-level AI project is rooted in an early passion for technology and an unquenchable thirst for learning. His journey began simply, sparked by a curiosity about his father’s work as an upholsterer. As a tenth-grade student, he assisted his father on weekends and evenings while diligently completing nearly every available IT course at the time.
In his college years, Bachi discovered a new obsession: photography. This led him to work as an assistant with a friend, an experience that quickly honed his skills, transforming him into a professional wedding photographer who personally managed most of the studio’s operations. Although balancing studies and work was a strenuous endeavor, he recalls it as one of the most thoroughly enjoyed periods of his life.
Leveraging his proficiency in IT, Saja Bachi, at just nineteen, founded his first enterprise: “iMac IT Solutions” in 2003. As an early admirer of Apple products, he named the firm after the company’s newest device. Through this company, he not only realized his dream of bringing computers to most homes in his town but also imparted the foundational lessons of the computer world to many who now hold high positions in the IT sector.
The Dubai Pivot and the Entrepreneur Within
Two years later, Bachi ventured abroad to Kuwait seeking new opportunities. When that initial endeavor proved unsuccessful, he moved to Dubai, restarting his career as a front desk officer at a real estate company. Despite the vastly different sector, he excelled, quickly earning the trust of the founder. He rose through the ranks to positions like Facilities Supervisor and Service Manager, maintaining a steadfast loyalty to the same organization for a remarkable 17 years.
Even while holding a stable corporate job, Bachi’s entrepreneurial spirit remained active. With special, rarely granted permission from his superior, he founded his own contracting and software companies: F2C CONTRACTING and F2C SOFTWARES. These firms, along with FHABA TECH (where he holds the General Manager position), have been operating successfully for the past nine years. He is also the creator of other tech products, including loopsAPP, loopsERP, and loopsPOS.
Investing in the Home State’s Future
Today, Saja Bachi has channeled his extensive global experience and foresight into his most significant project yet, bringing it back to Kerala. The official announcement, made at the Kannur Press Club, outlined not only the technology’s promise but also its impact on local employment and investment.
The project is set to create over 120 job opportunities in Kerala across various domains, including AI engineering, software development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and HR/Admin. He stated, “It is my greatest dream to start an international-level institution in Kerala for the capable talents here… bringing in a better lifestyle, attractive salaries, and a progressive work culture where all generations can collaborate”.
Furthermore, the ₹40 crore investment plan includes a rare opportunity for individual investors to participate in the global-market-focused project, with investment slots ranging from ₹5 lakh to ₹50 lakh.
