Surat, Gujarat: The Second World Vedic Conference successfully concluded a comprehensive two-day event in Surat, Gujarat, on December 1st and 2nd, 2025, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of Gita Jayanti/Mokshada Ekadashi. The conference encompassed the World Kriya Kundalini Yoga Conference on the first day and the Third World Vedic Microbiology Conference on the second day.
The conference was a collaborative effort organized by numerous institutions, including Maharshi VedVyasa International Virtual Vedic University, Vedic Microbiology Virtual University, International Association of Vedic Hindu Universities, Association of Vedic Virtual Universities, Vedic Virtual Vidyapeeth (Trust), Intercontinental Vedic Hindu VirtualRishikulam (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., Sagiraju Foundation (Telangana), Center for Dharma Practice (USA), Ayush Mandiram (Rewari, Haryana), Himalayan Tantravigyan VishwaRishikulam (Himachal Pradesh), Vedanga Holistics (Australia), and other institutions bringing together renowned Vedic scientists and intellectuals from India and abroad.

Day 1: World Kriya Kundalini Yoga Conference
The first day commenced with a warm welcome for special international guests: Dr. Swami Shri Bhanuputra Mangalanand Ji Maharaj (Surendra Rajbhat University, Thailand), Mr. Ekapol Kumpet (Shri Varaputra Deva Das Brahmacari) (Food & Beverage Manager, Phuket, Thailand) Dr. Varsha Parker (Vedanga Holistics, Australia) and Dr. Adishree Jatinder Singh (Canada)
Following the lamp lighting ceremony, conference convener-in-charge, Dr. Chakradhar Frend ‘Vedanipun’ (President, International Association of Vedic Hindu Universities & Managing Trustee, Vedic Virtual Vidyapeeth), delivered the inaugural address. He explained the spiritual significance of the conference’s mottos, “Sarveshamev Bhutanam Vedaschakshuh Sanatanam” and “Sarvabhutatmabhutaya Kutasthayai Namo Namah,” emphasizing the importance of Kutastha-Kriya Yoga in the modern context. Dr. Frend also highlighted the contributions of Mahavatar Mahamuni Kriya Yoga Babaji, Yogiraj Shri Shyamacharan Lahiri Mahashaya, and Yogamanasvi Shri Padmakant Thakur ‘Bhagavan’ in the context of Kriya Yoga. He highlighted the inseparability of Vedic chanting and Kriya Yoga and presented the outline of the two-day conference.
Dr. Chakradhar Frend stated that, “The Vedas transcend their definition as mere Sacred Scriptures; they are, in fact, an integral part of our very body’s consciousness. Their profound wisdom is not external but is inherent, especially within the Kutastha (or Ajna Chakra). This relationship is reciprocal and absolute: The Vedas reside within us, and we are inseparable from the Vedas.”
On this occasion, the book “KundaliniYogaRishi’s – KundaliniYogaDarshan – The Eternal Vedic Intelligence,” written in English by Dr. Chakradhar Frend, was released. This book specifically sheds light on the life and Kundalini Yoga practice of KundaliniYogaRishi Dr. Shiv Bachan Saha Siddhapurush ji. Dr. Chakradhar Frend described “KundaliniYogaDarshan as the DNA of Bharat (India)”. Shri Ramavatar Shukla recited the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita on this auspicious occasion.
Dr. Swami Shri Bhanuputra Mangalanand Ji Maharaj (Surendra Rajbhat University, Thailand) presented his views about Yoga and discussed in detail the propagation of Vedas and Yoga in Thailand. Dr. Varsha Parker presented her views on the work being done on Sanatan Dharma, Vedic science, and Yoga in Australia. Dr. Adishree Jatinder Singh expressed concern about the negative psychological state of people in Canada and Western countries and emphasized the importance of yoga and meditation. He also spoke about his book ‘Prana – The Breath of Heaven’, written in English. TantraShiromani Dr. Vishwajit Vishwasi (HoD, Department of Advance Tantra Studies, Maharshi VedVyas International Virtual Vedic University) presented a special documentary film on Tantra science and also provided specific information about his project – Coastal Demonology, which is underway on the Goa-Konkan coastline. He also spoke about the inclusion of the Indian Knowledge System in the New Education Policy (NEP 2020) by the Government of India. Tantrashriromani Dr. Vishwajit Vishwasi elaborated on the work of Maharshi VedVyasa International Virtual Vedic University on the occasion of its 15th anniversary. Dr. Mohan Keshav Phadke (Pune, Maharashtra) explained how the welfare of all humanity can be achieved through Mantra and Tantra science. He shared information on how he has helped numerous people in India and abroad overcome diseases and natural disasters through Mantra and Tantra science and distributed his book ‘Vedic Mantras for a diseases free life’. Dr. Samprasad Vinod (Pune, Maharashtra) spoke about the importance of Yoga science in his personal life and discussed his father, Shri Maharshi Vinod’s, achievements through Yoga. Dr. Kangana Yadav (Meerut, Uttar Pradesh) also emphasized the importance of a yogic lifestyle. Dr. K. V. N. Savan Kumar discussed in detail the harmony between Astrology, Vastu Shastra, and Kundalini. Dr. Prajakta (Konkan, Maharashtra) shared her personal experiences of promoting Yoga and Bhagavad Gita recitation in rural areas. Dr. Shriji Kurup (President, Association of Vedic Virtua Universities; Center for Environment Studies, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala) briefly described the contributions of Shri Shyamacharan Sangh and Shri Shyamacharan Yogpeeth, Bounsi, in promoting Kriya Yoga. Rimjheem (Patna, Bihar) shed light on the philosophy of Kundalini Yoga Darshan and Teachings of KundaliniYogaRishi Dr. ShivBachan SiddhaPurush Ji. Amish Saraiya (Surat, Gujarat) spoke about the verses related to health and well-being in the Bhagavad Gita. Prakash Mali (Ukai, Gujarat) discussed the book ‘Jagat Hitkarini,’ which aims for the welfare of the world. Chitra Chaudhary (All India Radio, Bhuj, Gujarat) highlighted the importance of promoting the Indian knowledge tradition through Vedic conferences in today’s era. Dr. Nitin Sardesai gave a lecture on mysticism and modern science. Rohit Garodia focused on the challenges facing Sanatan Hindu Dharma. Tushar Choute discussed in detail how to achieve success by bringing fundamental changes in one’s life through astrology.
Awards: Several distinguished Vedic Scientists and intellectuals were honoured with awards at this conference. Dr. Samprasad Vinod, Rimjheem, Prakash Mali, Dr. Shriji Kurup, Dr. Varsha Parkar, Dr. K.V.N. Savan Kumar, and Ramavatar Shukla were awarded the Kundalini Yoga Philosophy Award. Tantrashriromani Dr. Vishwajit Vishwasi was given the Tantra Techno-Scientific Excellence Award for developing a new instrument, ‘Tapas’, in the field of Tantra science. Dr. Adishree Jatinder Singh (Canada), Dr. Antonietta Cordasco (Italy), Dr. Kangana Yadav, and Prajakta Tirawadekar were awarded the Vedoham Bharat Vedavyasology and Vedamata Gayatri – Vedic Rishika Award. Dr. Mohan Keshav Phadke was awarded the Vedic Mantra Chikitshak Award.
Convocation Ceremony: Maharshi Vedavyas International Virtual Vedic University awarded Dr. Vishwajit Vishwasi (Himachal Pradesh) a Post-Doctoral Degree in D.Tantra.Lit. with a Gold Medal. Dr. Adishree Jatinder Singh (Canada) received a PhD in Vedic Studies, Dr. Nilavarasi Parasuraman (Tamil Nadu) received a PhD in Vedic Psychology, Dr. Sagiraju Sunita (Telangana) received an Honorary PhD in Vedic Spirituality, Dr. Tushar Prakash Chaute received PhD in Vedic Astrology, Anushree Saraiya (Surat, Gujarat) received a Bachelor’s Degree in Vedic Studies; Tikken Ram and Vivek Verma (Himachal Pradesh) received a Diploma in Tantra Studies (Rituals). Dr. Swami Shri Bhanuputra Mangalanand Ji Maharaj from Thailand was honored with the position of Professor of Yoga Science at Maharshi Vedavyasa International Virtual Vedic University.

Declaration: The declaration of the Second World Vedic Conference was read in Sanskrit and Hindi by Dr. Chakradhar Frend ‘Vedanipun’ and in English by Dr. Adishree Jatinder Singh Ji from Canada. The declaration was signed by all the Vedic scientists and intellectuals from India and abroad who were present.

The conference also featured recorded messages from international contributors who could not attend in person: A Video Recorded message from Katja Bienert of Berlin, Germany, was played for the attendees and An Audio recorded message from Dr. Glenville Ashby (Centre for Dharma Practice, USA) was also presented.
